This catalogue states, for each document, its theme, its version and its mode of access. A document is only listed as available if it exists and can be provided in that mode.

Elements to document before publication
  • Existence, version and validity date of each document in the file.
  • Internal owner and authorisation to release each document.
  • Setting up an operational request channel with acknowledgement of receipt.
  • Server-side access control for restricted documents.

Three modes of access are used. Public: the document is published on this site. On request: it is provided after identification of the requester and of the purpose of their request. Restricted: it is only provided within a contractual framework, under access control.
