One infrastructure, several frameworks of use
Four families of needs share the same mechanism: allocating funds to a defined use, organising their circulation, tracking the operations. Only one is in service today; the others are frameworks for work still to be built.
What these two labels mean
‘First operational use’ refers to a scheme in service, described with its scope on the Case studies page. ‘Application to be explored’ refers to a framework for work: feasibility, rules and integrations are determined at scoping. No deployment, client or reference is presented in this second category.
